What an individualised review covers

  • Blood pressure, and diabetes and lipid assessment when indicated.
  • Breast and cervical screening appropriate to your age, history and local guidance.
  • Bone health and fracture-risk assessment around menopause.
  • Muscle strength and activity — resistance training is an investment in independence.
  • Perimenopausal symptoms, sleep and mental health, which deserve discussion, not silent endurance.
  • Smoking or nicotine, body composition, and vaccinations suited to you.
